1 shot Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 shot Blue Curacao

1 shot Galliano
1 shot Sambuca
1 shot Cointreau

Long medium thickness straw

Put the Baileys and Blue Curacao into double shot glass.

Next, lightly chill the Sambuca and Cointreau in a martini shaker and build layers with these in a cocktail glass.

Once this presentation is set, use a lighter to warm the cocktail glass to get the vapors going. Then, light the vapors and insert the straw. The drinker needs to finish the drink before the straw melts. The tender pours the creme shots into the cocktail glass before the flames go up the straw.

This drink gets a lot of attention and is a lot of fun in a fairly controlled environment. ;-)
